Oversee customer complaint resolution, maintain strong relations with end users and channel partners, organize user engagement activities, and manage demand planning and forecasting to ensure order execution.
Minimum Requirements
15-20 years of sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) mandatory; MBA is an added advantage.
Expert knowledge in Construction, Metal Fabrication, Energy, Automotive and Assembly line sectors.
Proven expertise in technical sales, customer centricity, business acumen, channel and people management, and communication across all hierarchy levels.
