Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and platform operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform architecture and ITSM modules, advanced development skills with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
Experience managing platform releases, upgrades, cloning, patching, ATF testing, release validation, and production support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in technical ServiceNow platform operations handling complex incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Demonstrates deep knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, and has exposure to ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and automation.
