Provide consultancy and support for security and compliance controls aligned with Bosch and industry regulations, including conducting compliance assessments and gap analyses.
Engage with stakeholders to assess, document, and enhance security controls and ensure security documentation and Business Continuity Management Plans are accurate and current.
Assist in implementing security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, prepare compliance reports, and ensure customer KPIs, quality, and deliverables are met.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of IT systems and security concepts such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption, backup/storage security, business continuity management, and application security.
Experience with compliance standards like ISO 27001:2022 and regulations such as GDPR/DPDP Act.
Proficient in GRC tools and MS Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookup functions).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Information Security, Project, IT Security, IAM, and GRC Processes with practical exposure to Application Management Processes and Governance.
Able to work independently with complete ownership and proactiveness on deliverables, including communication and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with ITIL service management processes and ability to manage deadlines effectively in a team environment.
