About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and coordinate with third-party recovery agencies to achieve collection targets.
- Drive collections process for assigned cluster including monitoring KPIs like resolution rates and delinquency buckets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute tailored collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates and recover overdue payments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Graduate degree required.
- Prior experience in bank, NBFC, or Fintech preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in collections with leadership exposure.
