About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and third-party recovery agencies to meet collection targets.
- Own and reduce delinquency rates while driving recovery of overdue payments in assigned cluster by implementing tailored collection strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure compliance with collection processes, preparing performance reports for senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Prior experience in bank, new-age NBFC, or Fintech is highly preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in collections including 1-2 years leadership.

- Experienced in managing collection teams in financial services or fintech environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret portfolio data and optimize collection strategies effectively.
