Minimum Requirements
14+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in people management roles.
BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed backend systems.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing software development teams.
