About This Role
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop efficient GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Document workflows, design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business objectives and ROI.
- Collaborate with technical teams translating business needs into application architecture and serve as liaison with enterprise operational management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in project management and configuration or administration of IRM, VRM modules on ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, MBA or equivalent.
- Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Experience with SDLC processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) on ServiceNow platform with ability to manage stakeholder expectations and business satisfaction metrics.
- Skilled in translating complex business directives into technical solutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on ServiceNow platform enhancements.
- Familiar with project management and capable of influencing change in business policies and procedures through technology-driven innovations.
