About This Role
- Identify and assess product/service risks during pre-planning and prepare regulatory control checklists.
- Design and execute compliance evaluation programs, lead walkthroughs, and report findings with recommendations to senior leadership.
- Define and coordinate testing scripts with development teams, assess control effectiveness, and document issues during reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in audit, compliance testing, monitoring, or relevant compliance roles.
- Experience in compliance assurance or audit/controls testing within financial services (banks, NBFC, insurance, stock broking, fintech) or related industry.
- Basic AML/OFAC experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; university degree or audit/industry qualifications mandatory.

- Experienced in controls testing focused on control design and operational effectiveness in financial services compliance contexts.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong communication skills suitable for engaging senior business and compliance leaders.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations across India and APAC, with a keen interest in technical compliance and investigative reviews.
