Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, including at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Preferred prior experience in banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in collections with leadership experience.
