Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience in product design with real ownership of consumer products at scale.
Experience in a leadership role managing designers or anchoring product design quality.
Strong portfolio demonstrating depth in interaction design, visual polish, and rationale for design decisions.
Domain knowledge in trading, broking, or wealth management preferred but not mandatory.
