About This Role
- Strategize and drive collections management for assigned region, focusing on delinquent portfolio recovery and controlling roll rates.
- Set up and manage tele-calling operations, compliances, and adherence to collection KPIs to ensure effective collections processes.
- Develop and implement collection strategies, monitoring policies, and customer segmentation to optimize delinquency control and improve portfolio quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in collections.
- Must have experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech environments.
- MBA/Graduate degree required.
- Thorough understanding of collection processes across all buckets and regulatory compliance in collections.
