Minimum Requirements
Must be a graduate.
5+ years of experience in collections, including 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors preferred.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in collections with leadership exposure.
