Own delinquency management for the assigned cluster, including recovery of overdue payments and control of delinquency buckets.
Develop, execute, and monitor collection strategies based on data and portfolio health, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Prior experience in bank, NBFC, or Fintech companies preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in collections.
