About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and third-party recovery agencies to meet collection targets.
- Own delinquency management for the assigned cluster, including recovery of overdue payments and control of delinquency buckets.
- Develop, execute, and monitor collection strategies based on data and portfolio health, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Prior experience in bank, NBFC, or Fintech companies preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in collections.
