Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and third-party recovery agencies to meet collection targets.
Own and reduce delinquency rates and overdue payments for the assigned cluster by developing and executing tailored collection strategies.
Monitor KPIs like resolution rates and delinquency buckets, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and report cluster performance and challenges.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience in banking, new-age NBFC, or Fintech preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in collections with supervisory exposure.
