About This Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage new product introductions (NPI) from concept through market launch, ensuring ramp readiness and flawless execution.
- Drive program planning, tracking, and capacity expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites, aligning Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain for scalable production.
- Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics, maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and timely project flow with clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years semiconductor industry experience with strong full product lifecycle knowledge.
- At least 6+ years as NPI Program Manager; experience with Controller, PoL, and Smart Power Stages programs preferred.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and package architectures; prior fab or assembly site engineering experience is a strong plus.

- Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional semiconductor programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong program/project management background.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
- Highly analytical and organized with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, adaptable to new tools and processes.
