Lead cross-functional teams to manage new product introductions (NPI) from concept through market launch, ensuring ramp readiness and flawless execution.
Drive program planning, tracking, and capacity expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites, aligning Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain for scalable production.
Oversee wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and material logistics, maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and timely project flow with clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred.
Minimum 10+ years semiconductor industry experience with strong full product lifecycle knowledge.
At least 6+ years as NPI Program Manager; experience with Controller, PoL, and Smart Power Stages programs preferred.
Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and package architectures; prior fab or assembly site engineering experience is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional semiconductor programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong program/project management background.
Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
