Own a segment of the global CAD solution and manage worldwide customer engagements.
Develop, debug, and deploy digital design CAD flows using industry-leading EDA tools.
Lead evaluation and improvement of EDA tools and workflows to enhance design efficiency and turnaround time.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in EDA/CAD, with expertise in digital design flows (RTL to GDS).
BTech or MTech degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Proven experience in mature-node technology support (e.g., 22nm, 12nm).
Strong scripting skills in Tcl, Perl, Python for automating digital design flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing small teams and coordinating with global, highly skilled teams.
Deep knowledge of Synopsys/Cadence digital design tools including synthesis, implementation, and STA tools.
Hands-on software development experience with programming languages relevant for AI/ML in CAD context.
