Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
12+ years software QA experience including 8+ years testing software integrated with hardware/firmware.
Proficiency in Python and GUI test automation tools like Qt Squish or SmartBear Test Complete.
Experience with hardware debugging, microcontroller programming, bus communications, and familiarity with lab equipment, JIRA, version control, and QA processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive expertise bridging software QA with hardware and firmware testing, especially in semiconductor or IC environments.
Proven ability to lead testing strategy, mentor teams, and improve test coverage and product quality in complex embedded systems.
