Lead and scale software quality assurance (QA) teams supporting multiple power product lines in a system-on-chip (SoC) development environment.
Develop and execute a quality strategy aimed at measurable improvement in software reliability, collaborating closely with product definition, applications, and field teams.
Define quality KPIs and automation roadmaps leveraging testing frameworks and AI; oversee resource planning, hiring, and management of hardware assets for software and system testing.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
14+ years of experience in software test design, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Expertise with test automation frameworks such as Squish, Selenium and programming skills in Python, Java, or other modern object-oriented languages.
Proven experience in scaling QA teams balancing manual and automated testing, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and growing software QA organizations within complex, multi-product SoC or embedded software environments.
Strategic thinker capable of setting and driving quality KPIs and automation leveraging AI and modern CI/CD practices.
