Configure, maintain, and support Workday Core HCM functionality including business processes, organizational structures, and custom reports.
Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Workday system configurations following best practices.
Partner with HR Operations, GPOs, PMO, and HR Technology teams to support enterprise initiatives, testing activities, and security administration.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
3+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience with Core HCM configuration.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in Workday functional roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and HR business processes.
Experience partnering with HR Operations and Global Process Owners in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Familiarity with Workday security and global Workday environments is a plus.
