About This Role
- Configure, maintain, and support Workday Core HCM functionality including business processes, organizational structures, and custom reports.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Workday system configurations following best practices.
- Partner with HR Operations, GPOs, PMO, and HR Technology teams to support enterprise initiatives, testing activities, and security administration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience with Core HCM configuration.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in Workday functional roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and HR business processes.
- Experience partnering with HR Operations and Global Process Owners in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with Workday security and global Workday environments is a plus.
