About This Role
- Own the strategy, architecture, governance, adoption, and operational excellence of Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot, including roadmap, standards, environment strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical leadership and service ownership for Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams), addressing support, standards, migrations, and automation.

- Technical expertise with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 platform components, and related tools (Power BI administration, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
- Experience in Agile delivery, product management, ITIL-aligned service ownership, and executive stakeholder engagement.
