Design, configure, and maintain Workday Core HCM functionality including business processes, organizational structures, and custom reports.
Lead solution design discussions, translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, and support testing activities.
Partner strategically with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, and stakeholders to deliver effective Workday solutions and support governance and change management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience, specifically with Core HCM configuration.
Experience configuring additional Workday modules such as Talent & Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, or Security.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Workday functional roles with solution design and stakeholder partnership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise across multiple Workday functional domains, including Core HCM and at least one additional module.
Experienced in leading design discussions and aligning complex HR business requirements with Workday best practices.
Comfortable working with global HR processes, enterprise governance models, and cross-functional teams including Global Process Owners and PMO.
