Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, focusing on CyberArk Privilege Cloud and BeyondTrust.
Serve as technical authority and escalation point for PAM and identity governance services, delivering scalable identity solutions globally.
Collaborate globally with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance and improve operational maturity across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, specifically CyberArk Privilege Cloud (SaaS) and BeyondTrust.
CyberArk certification preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to travel up to 10% including internationally and work flexible hours covering global time zones with primary coverage in afternoon/evening IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing global identity and privileged access systems with cross-regional collaboration experience (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
Technical leader with strong troubleshooting and automation skills, particularly using PowerShell for scalable improvements.
Comfortable operating as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex PAM issues and identity governance in a large enterprise environment.
