Own full software implementation lifecycle for embedded systems, including requirements analysis, design, coding, verification, and release control.
Lead coordination and planning of software activities for brake systems and other rail products, ensuring adherence to coding standards and documentation quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support design verification/validation both in laboratories and at customer sites domestically and internationally.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or Electronics Engineering.
2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in embedded real-time software design and development.
Strong proficiency in C programming and experience with embedded application software development including bare metal programming.
Experience with Git and familiarity with embedded software development tools (e.g., IDEs, debuggers).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded system software development with ability to lead software projects and teams in regulated environments.
Capable of managing software process compliance including coding standards, documentation, and secure software lifecycle activities.
Comfortable working in cross-disciplinary and international settings, including travel for test validations and client interactions.
