Minimum Requirements
Less than 3 years of hands-on experience as a Test Engineer.
Proficiency in manual/black box testing and Python programming.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with requirements tracing, defect tracking, and test management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with multiple testing techniques (e.g., BVA, Equivalent Partitioning) and methodologies (V&V, Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate test results effectively.
Knowledge or interest in transportation domain, particularly train operations or control systems, is a plus.
