Design and execute test cases, plans, and scripts for the Energy Management product line focused on Train Performance and Automation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, System Engineers, and Software Engineers to define validation scope, set up lab equipment, and develop test automation strategies.
Diagnose testing issues, log defects, monitor their resolution, and prepare detailed test reports documenting technical evidence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering from a reputed institute with at least 70% academic performance.
2-3 years of work experience in software or system validation.
Experience with communication protocols (RS232/485/422/TCP/UDP/MODBUS), protocol analyzers, and hardware/software in test loops (HiTL/SiTL).
Knowledge of tools such as DOORS, IBM Quality Manager, CLM, and scripting languages like Python, LabVIEW, or Test Stand.

Has domain experience in Locomotive, Aerospace, or Automotive sectors relevant to software validation.
Experienced operating within cross-functional teams for test strategy and execution in complex hardware/software environments.
