Manage end-to-end purchase order processing for indirect procurement, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor data for global indirect sourcing operations.
Monitor and achieve SLA targets while driving process consistency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in procurement or shared services.
Experience with ERP systems required; Coupa, HICX, SAP experience preferred.
Ability to work US time zone hours (5:30PM IST – 2:30AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global indirect procurement with exposure to multiple procurement systems and ERPs.
Details-oriented with capability to manage high-volume transactional environments while adhering to SLAs.
Comfortable coordinating across time zones and cross-functional stakeholders in Americas, Europe, and APAC regions.
