Job Description

Drive monthly and yearly payment collections to meet targets and reduce overdue days to less than 60 for Commercial Services (CS).
Plan and review collection activities including overdue payments, coordinate with regional and commercial teams, and ensure contract compliance for timely payment realization.
Manage follow-ups on payment queries, non-collectable write-offs and adjustments, and recovery of EMD/SD/BG upon order completion; activities include customer site visits and travel.
Minimum Requirements
Engineering or Commerce Graduate (Professional postgraduate is optional).
8-10 years of overall relevant experience, with 7-8 years specifically in payment collection from government sector.
Advanced proficiency in business knowledge, statutory and legal compliance of contracts, and experience working on IREPS/IRWCMS platforms.
Location requirement: Patna.
