Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and execution of PO approvals within set thresholds.
Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor data to enable efficient indirect procurement operations.
Monitor SLA achievement and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a global, high-volume transactional procurement environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in procurement or shared services.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Ability to support US time zone work hours (5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global procurement operations with exposure to multiple procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, HICX, SAP).
Detail-oriented with strong skills in SLA execution and compliance adherence in transactional environments.
Capable of managing cross-functional coordination across multiple global regions and supporting process improvements.
