Support Global Commodity Leaders by managing end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes including supplier communication, bid analysis, and commercial evaluations for Direct Material commodities.
Perform spend analysis, cost benchmarking, savings tracking, and inflation mitigation through commercial reviews and price analysis.
Develop sourcing dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reports while coordinating sourcing governance, PPAP tracking, and driving process improvement and reporting automation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in Direct Sourcing or Commodity Management supporting mechanical commodities in manufacturing.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel; Power BI preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant field
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in executing RFQs, supplier engagement, and commercial evaluations in a high-volume, global sourcing environment supporting mechanical commodities.
Capable of supporting global coordination including EU time zone alignment (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST).
Proficient in data analysis, dashboard development, and comfortable working with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
