Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Build and lead the Cyber Fusion Center (SOC) function covering 24/7 security detection, monitoring, incident response, and threat management for satellite network, ground infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

Own deployment, tuning, and detection engineering of SIEM/EDR/XDR stack; define and mature SOC processes such as runbooks, playbooks, escalation paths, and measurable metrics (MTTD, MTTR).

Establish Cyber Threat Intelligence capabilities, integrate CTI into proactive detection and risk briefings, manage SOC analysts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for unified response.

8+ years in security operations/incident response, including 2+ years in SOC leadership or team lead role.

Hands-on experience standing up or significantly maturing a SOC, including 24/7 or follow-the-sun coverage models.

Deep familiarity with SIEM/EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike) including deployment and tuning.

Work Location: Bangalore, India; Onsite 3 days/week.

Experienced in building security operations from the ground up in scaling or greenfield environments, especially handling critical infrastructure or telco/satellite environments.

Skilled in integrating SOC, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and vulnerability management into unified detection-to-response workflows.

Strong communicator with ability to present risk and incident insights to executive leadership and scale technical teams effectively.
