Own definition and implementation of network performance KPIs and metrics within Skylo's OSS platform.
Validate accuracy of KPIs/metrics through lab and pre-production test cases before production rollout.
Collaborate with Network Implementation, Network Operations, and Systems Test teams to maintain consistent, reliable network performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in telecom network performance, OSS/BSS, or network engineering with hands-on KPI/metric implementation.
Experience implementing and validating KPIs/metrics on OSS/EMS platforms including counter and formula configuration.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python preferred), and familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools like Grafana.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field; Located in Bangalore with onsite 3 days/week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of 3GPP counters and KPIs across RAN and Core; experience in NB-IoT, NTN, or satellite networks is a significant plus.
Experienced working cross-functionally in fast-moving telecom environments involving NetOps, Network Implementation, and Test teams.
Detail-oriented with rigorous approach to validation and sign-off of network metrics ensuring data reliability.
