About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, performance, and security testing using Playwright and AI-driven solutions.
- Implement and scale Playwright-based automation for web applications built on Python/Django and JavaScript/NextJS with CI/CD integration.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to improve test reliability, maintainability, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 2.5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong engineering mindset.
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright framework for end-to-end testing.
- Experience with manual testing and debugging skills.
- Work Experience Required: 2.5+ years in automation testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building scalable, reusable test frameworks rather than isolated test scripts.
- Familiarity with AI-first testing approaches such as AI-driven test case generation and self-healing tests.
- Proven ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive automation strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
