About This Role
- Manage and lead a software engineering team responsible for design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and timelines.
- Drive process improvements to increase team productivity, code quality, and system scalability while collaborating cross-functionally.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership or management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design.
- Strong leadership, project management skills, and experience in engineering best practices such as code reviews and DevOps.

- Experienced engineering leader with a proven track record of managing teams delivering scalable cloud-native software platforms.
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments involving product managers, designers, and multiple stakeholders to define technical requirements.
