Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of software engineering experience.

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native services, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Experienced in designing scalable, high-performance, cloud-native systems with a focus on production-grade software delivery.
Proven mentor capable of improving team effectiveness and enforcing engineering standards.
