Provide 24x7 security monitoring, triage, investigation, and response of alerts in a SOC environment on rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Tune detection rules and build automated SOAR workflows with AI agents to reduce false positives and accelerate alert response.
Track, report SOC operational metrics and collaborate with IT and Engineering to remediate vulnerabilities and enhance security posture.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent experience.
4–6 years of experience in security operations, engineering, or incident response.
Must be willing and able to work rotating 24x7 shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Hands-on experience with SIEM/EDR alert investigation, detection tuning, SOAR automation, and familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational SOC environments with independent handling of moderately complex security incidents.
Capable of designing and improving automation and detection rules applying threat frameworks and AI technologies.
Strong collaborator who integrates with IT, Engineering, and Security teams to improve telemetry and security controls.
