About This Role
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Tekion CRM core capabilities powering lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships.
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs; drive adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success; mentor Product Managers and ensure scalable, configurable platform solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
- 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution.
- Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS product environments with demonstrated ability to drive adoption and business impact.
- Strong strategic and operational product leadership balancing platform scale and speedy execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leading and mentoring product managers and collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.
