About This Role
- Lead architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline quoting, pricing, and billing aligned with SaaS models including subscriptions and renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ technical solutions with ERP and billing integrations.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, security compliance, and applying best practices in DevOps and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3 years in Salesforce CPQ implementation and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ capabilities including product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flow, plus experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions and mentoring developers in complex SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of SaaS-specific CPQ use cases and business flows such as subscription billing, renewals, amendments, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong integration skills working with ERP, billing systems, and third-party platforms, with Agile/Scrum and DevOps (CI/CD) experience.
