Own the architecture and governance of a unified customer data model across GTM systems, ensuring a trusted single source of truth for identity, entitlement, and engagement data.
Design and implement reliable, near-real-time data pipelines integrating CRM, CSP, PX, Community, Education, and other GTM platforms for scalable AI and digital strategies.
Establish data governance frameworks, partner cross-functionally to support AI/LLM readiness, and enable targeted campaigns and accurate measurement of digital impact.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or GTM systems architecture in SaaS or multi-product environments.
Strong technical expertise in SQL, schema design, ETL architecture, and data pipeline development with tools like Snowflake.
Experience with CRM and CSP ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, PX, Community, Education) and cross-system integrations.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Location: Hyderabad (hybrid role).
