Define and drive Product Security strategy to embed Secure by Design principles in Gainsight's cloud-native SaaS platform.
Lead and mature the application security program, increasing test coverage and managing security gates for build deployments.
Manage and grow a global team of product security engineers, coordinating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in Software Engineering, Security Engineering, Application Security, or Product Security with at least 8 years in security leadership roles.
Proven experience building/scaling Product Security programs in modern SaaS or cloud-native environments.
Deep expertise in Secure SDLC, threat modeling, security architecture, application and API security, and modern auth frameworks.
Hybrid work location requirement: Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India; occasional travel up to 10-25%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced strategic leader who has influenced architecture and security strategy at an executive level in SaaS/cloud-native companies.
Strong technical background with working knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, Kubernetes, containers, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing Product Security teams and drive organization-wide vulnerability management and risk remediation programs.
