About This Role
- Lead and oversee Data Warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM) projects ensuring quality deliverables within timelines.
- Design data models and implement complex MDM solutions aligned with business and analytical objectives.
- Manage project tasks including planning, risk mitigation, team coordination, mentoring juniors, and client communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) in consulting or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of core MDM concepts including data stewardship, governance, and quality management.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Customer Mastering (HCP/HCO), address standardization, and familiarity with pharma data sources; hands-on with MDM platforms like Reltio or Informatica MDM is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading MDM-related projects with capability to drive end-to-end delivery and enforce quality standards.
- Capable of translating business requirements into scalable MDM solutions in a pharma or life sciences data context.
- Demonstrates aptitude for mentoring juniors and collaborating across onshore/offshore teams with strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
