Lead and oversee Data Warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM) projects ensuring quality deliverables within timelines.

Manage project tasks including planning, risk mitigation, team coordination, mentoring juniors, and client communication.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) in consulting or relevant industry.
Strong understanding of core MDM concepts including data stewardship, governance, and quality management.
Proficiency in Python scripting and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Customer Mastering (HCP/HCO), address standardization, and familiarity with pharma data sources; hands-on with MDM platforms like Reltio or Informatica MDM is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading MDM-related projects with capability to drive end-to-end delivery and enforce quality standards.
Capable of translating business requirements into scalable MDM solutions in a pharma or life sciences data context.
