Develop and enhance system software, tools, and features for NVIDIA Enterprise offerings including DGX Platform Software, Container Orchestrators (e.g., Kubernetes), GPU-accelerated applications, and Deep Learning frameworks.
Take ownership of customer issues related to system software components, containers, Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud deployments from inception to resolution, including being on-call for Sev1 outages one weekend per month.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve reliability, availability, and overall experience of NVIDIA servers and software stack, and research new GPU use cases in emerging container technologies and Deep Learning frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer-facing exposure.
Strong knowledge of Python and scripting, and deep understanding of at least two areas among data centers, servers, distributed systems, virtualization, deep learning frameworks, containers/containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP).
Proficient in Linux environments, with ability to work in various Linux distributions and familiarity with Windows OS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer with strong Linux and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) expertise, particularly in system-level debugging and troubleshooting.
Familiar with distributed systems and container orchestrators, capable of independent technical analysis and problem resolution from customer reports to solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with customers and cross-functional teams, effectively handling escalations and complex technical issues in enterprise software environments.
