About This Role
- Design and independently manage data projects addressing business needs, ensuring optimized, scalable code and solutions.
- Analyze, prepare, and integrate complex data sources; serve as domain or technical lead to junior team members.
- Deliver storytelling and visualization of analytical results to management, highlighting business impact and recommending actionable strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent discipline.
- 5-7 years experience in fintech, banking, lending, or credit bureau domains with strong financial data systems knowledge.
- Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, R, Python, Tableau, Looker, and statistical data analysis.
- Understanding of data governance, quality management, and compliance frameworks; experience managing data integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fintech or financial services environments, especially related to credit risk and consumer analytics.
- Able to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights, influencing senior leadership decision-making.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and working flexibly across time zones including A/NZ as required.
