About This Role
- Lead the development and implementation of AI automation solutions by connecting business needs with technology.
- Analyze complex business requirements, translate them into actionable technical solutions, and manage strategic initiatives impacting global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, manage multiple projects, and drive process optimization to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years, or Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence tools; experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management practices, and experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Up to 25% travel may be required; relevant professional certifications (PMP, CSPO, SAFe) are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business analysis with strong skills in data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working with global teams and managing business-critical projects involving regulatory compliance and validation.
- Able to influence and build consensus across organizational levels while operating independently and managing multiple priorities effectively.
