Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and vendor teams to improve service availability and reduce incident detection and resolution times.
Minimum Requirements
5-6 years of relevant Network Operations Center (NOC) experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNP are required.
Experience in network administration, incident response, and leadership or supervisory roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing high-pressure, 24/7 operational support environments with strong incident management skills.
Proficient in network protocols, firewalls (Palo Alto), VPNs, and monitoring tools like LogicMonitor, New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog.
Skilled at technical documentation, team mentoring, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.
