About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Network Engineers during designated NOC shifts, ensuring smooth operation and monitoring of network infrastructure.
- Handle Major Incident Management including initiating bridge calls, coordinating communication, and driving timely incident resolution within SLAs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and vendor teams to improve service availability and reduce incident detection and resolution times.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of relevant Network Operations Center (NOC) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNP are required.
- Experience in network administration, incident response, and leadership or supervisory roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing high-pressure, 24/7 operational support environments with strong incident management skills.
- Proficient in network protocols, firewalls (Palo Alto), VPNs, and monitoring tools like LogicMonitor, New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Skilled at technical documentation, team mentoring, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.
