About This Role
- Develop, write, and edit bilingual (English and French) content for proposals, discussion papers, grants, and marketing collateral focused on digital innovation, machine learning, and IoT.
- Lead proposal sections by simplifying technical information and crafting persuasive storytelling to highlight societal impact and WSP differentiators.
- Support proposal compliance, quality reviews, and marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with sales messaging and firm-wide resources.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient French language skills at C1 level (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant content, proposal writing, or communication role.
- Role based in Noida or Bengaluru; successful completion of background verification mandatory.

- Experienced in writing for technical or professional services sectors, ideally with exposure to A/E/C or innovation-driven industries.
- Strategic mindset with capability to produce compelling, compliant proposals under tight deadlines.
