Work Experience Required: 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
Experienced with complex multi-system ServiceNow integrations and AI governance frameworks integrating platform development with risk and compliance stakeholders.
Technically skilled in scripting, plugin management, and security controls within ServiceNow, with practical knowledge of AI-specific ServiceNow modules and protocols.
Preferably has direct experience or training with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and familiarity with third-party AI/ML platform integrations and AI Agent Fabric protocols.
