About This Role
- Design, build, and extend ServiceNow AI Control Tower for enterprise-wide AI governance and lifecycle management.
- Develop custom AI agents, skills, flows, and integrate third-party AI platforms using ServiceNow frameworks and connectors.
- Manage AI asset lifecycle, CMDB and CSDM data models, and collaborate on risk assessments and compliance policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience including scripting and Studio/App Engine.
- Strong expertise in CMDB and CSDM including CI classes, relationships, and data health.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, ACLs, role design, and plugin/scope management.
- Familiarity with Now Assist Skill Kit and/or Build Agent for creating custom AI skills and agents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced ServiceNow developer with a focus on AI governance, enterprise architecture, and complex integrations.
- Proficient with AI/agentic concepts like AI agents, LLMs, and orchestration within ServiceNow.
- Able to work cross-functionally with governance, risk, security, and compliance teams to implement policies and manage AI assets.
