Design, build, and implement solutions on ServiceNow AI Control Tower to govern and manage AI agents, models, and workflows across the enterprise.
Develop and maintain custom AI agents, skills, integrations with third-party AI platforms, and manage CMDB/CSDM data models to track AI assets.
Collaborate with governance, risk, compliance stakeholders and support AI asset lifecycle, security protocols, and quality assurance processes.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience including scripting, Studio/App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors.
Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (CI classes, relationships, data health management).
Experience with ACLs, role design, plugin/scope management, and persona-based access control.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in ServiceNow development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale ServiceNow AI governance platforms or similar AI lifecycle management systems.
Ability to work cross-functionally with governance, risk, security, and compliance teams for implementing AI governance frameworks.
Skilled in complex multi-system integrations and managing AI asset lifecycle with strategic understanding of AI/agentic concepts and protocols.
