Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent skills; Work Experience Required: 2-4 years SRE/DevOps/cloud engineering.
Comfortable in a hands-on, senior individual contributor role combining software engineering and operational discipline in a fast-evolving multi-tenant AWS SaaS environment.
Experienced in incident leadership with a strong focus on automation, observability, and continuous reliability improvement aligned with SLO/SLI-driven operations.
Familiar with embedding AI-assisted engineering practices responsibly, and maintaining global reliability standards across distributed teams.
