- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through managing and expanding customer and channel relationships.
- Lead and manage a sales team of managers to optimize productivity, implement growth strategies, and ensure target achievement in the assigned area.
- Develop business plans, maximize builder and channel partnerships, and provide market and competitor insights to influence product and policy improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience in home loans or related financial products.
- Graduate and postgraduate degree mandatory.
- Experience managing sales teams and channel partners like DSA, direct sales, CA, and builders.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years.
